When using a flat wire drawing machine to wire the product, sometimes there will be defects such as coarse grains, fine sandpaper marks, and flow marks on the surface. To avoid new scratches on the product surface caused by particle dust, first of all, before polishing, the automatic plane wire drawing machine should use 600# to 1000# water sandpaper dipped in water to wrap a small rubber lining block, and gently polish it until it is flat. Be careful not to wear through the paint.

In addition, adding a mirror treatment agent to remove the marks left by the rough abrasive paste, the polishing machine can achieve the effect of mirror polishing of the paint film.
After grinding and polishing, wipe off the grinding and polishing paste, immediately use cotton yarn dipped in varnish wax to wipe all the polished parts, and then use dry cotton yarn to wipe off the excess glazing wax, so that the paint surface is bright and dazzling like a mirror.
